Where are you?

Where are my Building Blocks people?

You know who you are…you who registered to come to a class once a month for a year.

You were either going to learn some new skills or just hang out with friends.  Yep, I’m talking to you.

Where are you?

We do have a few people coming still in each class, but…we certainly have lost a big chunk of you.

Are you still knitting the blocks?  Have you put them to the side and forgotten about them this summer?

This email is not to shame you, no, it is simply to welcome you back now that fall is arriving.   It’s a lot like my experience getting back to the gym. Which I don’t want to talk about:)  But I understand!  Don’t feel bad that you haven’t been in, just start coming back!

We are still running classes the 3rd and 4th Monday’s of every month.  At this point you can come to any or all classes.  We don’t care who comes when, we just want you to finish your blankets.

Monday, August 26th 10am, 3pm and 6pm
Monday, September 16th 10am, 3pm and 6pm
Monday, September 23rd 10am, 3pm and 6pm
Monday, October 21st 10am, 3pm and 6pm
Monday, October 28th 10am, 3pm and 6pm
Monday, November 18th 10am, 3pm and 6pm
Monday, November 25th 10am, 3pm and 6pm
Monday, December 16th 10am, 3pm and 6pm
Monday, December 23rd 10am, 3pm and 6pm

Everyone is at a different place in the blanket.  Some are knitting the block of each month and some are still on earlier blocks.  It’s ok.  Some people are on their 2nd blanket too!  Just come with what you have, it’s cool.

If you want to have the blanket finished before Christmas, you’ll need to knit 2 blocks in a month so you are ready to put together in the December classes.

For those of you that will be done by then and want to get it finished early, we are going to add a few sessions for sewing the blocks together.  We’ll need a bunch of space to do it, so you’ll have to register for that session.  We can only have 6 in each session.

Please click and register for the SEW IT session you want.   Just like the monthly classes, these are free.  Because there is limited room, please only register if you really believe you can be there.
