Whew! MN Yarn Shop Hop 2017 is done. What fun but we are tired!

The theme for the shop hop was Inspired by Music. Our shop theme was Broadway!

We were inspired by a photograph that was taken of the cast of Hamilton in Vogue Magazine in 2015. I’d share that pic here, but we don’t have permission to share it on our blog and we don’t want to get in trouble:)  But, you can click here and see it!

Carroll designed a shallow shawl with a ruffle for our pattern. We were inspired by the cravat, the neck accessory, that was a wardrobe staple in the musical. Our is a modern take on this traditional piece. We love it. It’s long enough to tie at your neck and not too deep in the front. Perfect.
