I feel the need to clarify a few things about this crazy 12 in 12 thing.

8 people have purchased yarn for the January sweater at 20% off! I have seen a few of the sweaters in progress and am super excited to see all of them finished!

Those people who started the sweater after January 1st and bring it in complete before January 31st, will get a $25 credit at the shop!

As of this evening, 11 people have purchased yarn for the February sweater.

Now, I need to be very clear here…If you are doing the February sweater and want to try to get the $25 credit at the shop, you MUST NOT cast on until February 1st. That is the deal. So, if you doing anything other than simply fondling your yarn, you had better stop!

We are on the honor system here, I am counting on you to play the game by the rules.

The same holds true for any of the 12 in 12. So, if you want to knit April’s sweater, you can purchase the yarn and knit it at any time throughout the year (at 20% off). If you want to qualify for the $25 credit for the April sweater, you can’t cast on until April 1st and you must get it done by April 30th! Get it?

Also, I welcome you to knit any of the sweaters in any yarn you have in your stash, you just won’t qualify for the $25 credit OR the drawing at the end of the year. We are a yarn shop afterall and our goal is to sell yarn:) But…we are happy to help you solve any problems you might come across while knitting, even if it isn’t our yarn!
