I realize I have not been documenting my July sweater very well.  I guess like most of you, knitting isn’t my priority in the summer.

But ok…I have done some knitting.  Here are some updates.
.
I started knitting and got 6 hours in and only had 3″ of knitting done.  This ain’t no stockinette stitch:)
.

6 hours of knitting= 3″????

.
I got all messed up, it may or may not have involved my favorite cold summer drink.  I’m not saying…
.

see the extra twist on the left at the bottom??

Anyway, I was going to rip back a few rows and then re-knit and then my very special facebook fan Cori (gotta love her) gave me the nerve to just drop down and twist it the other way.  Yeah, sure Cori, I’ll just do that.
.
Well..I started ripping back and kind of freaked.  I thought maybe Cori wasn’t crazy.  So, I just went for it and sure enough, did it.  Yeah Cori!!
.

see the nice new twist on the right now? Yipee!!

Closer…

.
By the way…let’s take a closer look at all of these photos.  The color green doesn’t look the same in any of them.  Might I say that is a great reason to buy yarn at your local yarn shop and not online:)  Just a little plug for the little guys!
.
So, almost done with the front.  The back is pretty much a mirror image.  Wonder how stockinette would look instead:) Hummmmm.
